Inside Sales Job Summary:

We are looking for self-motivated, well-spoken individuals to join our team by adding to our Inside Sales team. Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this person will be responsible for developing and growing our channel partners while supporting our Regional Sales Managers in their territories.

A successful Inside Sales Representative should have business acumen, technical aptitude, be able to build rapport, influence business owners, have a competitive mindset, be a good listener, achieve revenue goals, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is full time and sits onsite in our Liberty Lake, WA headquarters.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Manage and grow existing channel partners in an assigned territory by increasing revenue and market share.

· Pro-actively generate meetings, trainings, demos, and opportunities with channel partners through outbound calling 20-30 calls per day.

· Respond to 20-40 emails per day.

· Take 5-15 inbound calls per day ranging from quotes, product information, and customer service-related requests.

· Consistently achieve territory quota to ensure revenue and growth objectives.

· Comfortable talking with business owners, internal/external customers, and building relationships. Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment while still providing quality, and driving revenue.

· Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

· Successfully explaining and demonstrating features of products and services using video conferencing.


Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, with a track record of generating new leads, closing sales, and growing existing accounts.
  • Customer relationship management: Proficient in using CRM tools (such as Salesforce) to organize and track customer interactions, manage pipelines, and forecast sales.
  • Communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication with experience in presenting product offerings and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Problem-solving: Adept at understanding clients' needs, providing relevant solutions, and navigating objections or concerns to close deals.
  • Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently under pressure, and manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
  • Team collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with various departments to achieve shared objectives and support customers.
  • Persistence and resilience: Consistent follow-up maintaining a positive attitude despite challenges or setbacks.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting sales strategies or tactics as needed.

 

Perks at OpenEye:

·         The pay for this opportunity is $45,000 - $60,000 per year. The base is $22 per hour plus on-target commission of about $15,000 annually.
