Inside Sales Representative
Job Description

We are searching for an Inside Sales Representative based in Scottsdale, Arizona. To drive sales growth, you will work closely with our BDM’ s and assigned dealers to facilitate sales to ensure our budgetary goals are being met. You will function as a liaison between sales and multiple departments, both inside and outside the organization.
Essential Functions:Â
- Provide sales support to the Americas’ independent dealer and distributor networks
- Represent the complete portfolio of Fender/Squier Product lines
- Process all orders
- Coordinate sales efforts with BDMs daily
- Provide information regarding availability, current promotions, open order status, and shipping details
- Attend all Product and Sales Meetings
- Maintain CRM database to include customer notes
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in a sales/customer service position required
- SAP, Excel, CRM experience required
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Knowledge of and passion for the Fender brand and products
- Superior customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
