Position Summary

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative ("ISR") who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The ISR will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, creating and executing email and other outbound sales strategies, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, closing sales, and meeting targets.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performing initial contact by email or phone to potential prospects
  • Obtaining complete and accurate customer contact information and other details as necessary
  • Updating all relevant customer information and pursut status into the prospect tracking system
  • Completing presentation of appropriate program(s) to potential prospects
  • Completing sales process with potential prospects
  • Submitting the order into the internal order process
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving targets
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Qualifying, following-up and tracking sales leads
  • Assists in providing support and/or guidance to clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Position Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Associates degree preferred
  • 3+ years of proven sales success preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision in a team environment
  • Exhibit professional skills and relate well with others
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written form
  • Illustrate an outgoing personality and demonstrate personal confidence
