Job Overview

Your role will be to answer inbound sales inquiries though various avenues – phone queue, Marketing leads, meeting requests, etc. You will be responsible for supporting prospective clients by answering questions about our hosting services, along with educating them on other products/service Right Networks has to offer.

To be successful in this role, you must be highly motivated and feel comfortable in a fast-paced selling environment where you will be working multiple deals to close each day. Ultimately, you will be a main contributor to the overall net new growth of the company.

This is a remote work position.

Responsibilities

  • Answers an inbound sales queue, taking inquiries about products and services from customers and prospects, along with fielding and transferring calls to other departments.
  • Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services .
  • Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
  • Provides product demos to qualified prospects on request.
  • Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and processes sales orders.
  • Communicates onboarding process, setting the right expectations to ensure a seamless experience for new customers.
  • Builds and maintains customer relationships.
  • Maintains an accurate pipeline and can easily communicate monthly forecast to sales management.
  • Enters customer and opportunity data consistently and accurately within the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Investigates and resolves customer problems and works with internal departments to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role.
  • History answering inbound calls favored.
  • Understanding of hosting, security software, and Office 365.
  • Track record of achieving quotas/metrics.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Experience with cadence software (e.g. SalesLoft).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Meet the following Metrics/Key Performance Indicators designated by your manager: Calls/emails per day, Meetings held, Pipeline Management, Opportunities Closed (revenue, add-on products).
