Role Description:
An Inside Sales Representative at Status Solutions generates leads and finds opportunities for new business in a designated territory alignment within the Sales team. This role works closely with the Territory Manager to achieve all sales goals and/or metrics for new business memberships, contract renewals, and franchisees. In addition, this team member will contribute daily with team collaboration, energy exchange, and enthusiasm to help drive sales. The ideal candidate for this role has a proven history of goal setting and showcases a persistent attitude toward solving problems.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains an understanding of the entire software suite and Status Solutions Network program in order to properly promote to potential members and partners.
- Identifies new leads through networking and collaboration.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Makes proactive contact with potential members on a regular basis to conduct discovery sessions via phone.
- Will need to meet outcome-based metrics within a given timeframe.
- Provides consistent and effective communication while properly supporting the discovery process.
- Establishes and builds trust within potential members to understand and analyze the current needs.
- Assesses service needs for current and future customer base.
- Schedule calls to gauge customer needs and coordinate effectively.
- Engages with customer base to identify potential opportunities within a community/territory.
- Performs effective online demonstrations to prospects.
- Documents all member interactions accurately and in a timely manner in Salesforce.
- Communicates next steps to all necessary team members.
- Supports assigned Territory Manager with achieving sales metrics for both monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Collaborates effectively with all team members.
- Acts as a brand ambassador for the solutions suite and franchise model.
- Continually focuses on creating an environment that promotes the overall growth of Status Solutions and Status Solutions Network.
- Funneling any potential leads to Sales & SSN team.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Acquisition required.
- Pipeline experience with a specialization in SaaS preferred.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster lasting business relationships with customers and business partners.
- Demonstrated history of collaboration and teamwork.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed key performance metrics and quotas within a team environment.
- Strong phone presence and experience handling multiple calls per day.
- Experience with the following software applications is preferred:
- Salesforce
- Ingage
- Asana
- Guru
- Microsoft Suite
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to access any situation independently and act accordingly.

- Starting Annual Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience
