Inside Sales Representative

As a member of our dynamic sales team, also known as a Senior Debt Advisor, you will hold a pivotal role in empowering individuals and families to obtain financial freedom. You will be responsible for developing relationships with potential clients and becoming a trusted industry expert to guide them through the steps of our debt relief program. 

This position is a non-exempt hourly and performance-based commission. The hourly is set at $16.00 an hour with UNCAPPED commissions! On average our Inside Sales Representatives earn $8k-$15k a month, while our Top Sales Representatives consistently earn an average of $20k-$35k a month.

This position is designated in-office, located in Irvine, CA. Must be willing to commute to the office Monday through Friday. Weekend shifts are voluntary once training is complete.
