What You’ll Do:
Traeger is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This is your opportunity to launch a sales career as a trusted advisor and providing best in class account service to our retailers. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting designated retail accounts to solicit sales per guidance from the Sales Team. You will be responsible for managing and tracking the communication with the designated doors via our CRM system and facilitate any needed information transfer to the account’s respective Territory Manager/Dealer Service Associate. This position is based in Salt Lake City.
How You'll Help Us Win:
- Maintain list of designated accounts to track outreach attempts, notes for Sales Team and orders associated with their efforts
- Cold call accounts to solicit incremental orders
- Manage any received orders through their lifecycles
- Conduct Product Knowledge Clinics and Merchandising consultations with targeted accounts via phone and virtual meetings
- Follow up with accounts post-delivery of product to ensure a satisfactory experience and address
- Follow up with account requests
- Work closely with both Territory Managers and Regional Sales Manager to track pace to goal, identify any obstacles, update sales approach and review/adjust sales strategy
- Keep accounts up to speed on Traeger promotion schedules, new & seasonal Items, etc
What You Need To Win:
- GED/HS Diploma with minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience or a bachelor’s degree
- No fear of the phone
- Proficient with MS Office and ideally Salesforce
- Ability to prioritize tasksÂ
- Adaptable and enjoy being part of a team
