MEET YOUR TEAM
As one of Choco's Inside Sales Representatives, you'll report directly to the Inside Sales Manager. You'll have unwavering support from both your manager, and team of Inside Sales Representatives. You will be joining a new, but passionate and hardworking team. As an Inside Sales Representative here in Chicago, your mission is to increase restaurant adoption of Choco's platform within your territory. You will work directly with owners and chefs to improve their business operations via our app. You will work cross-functionally with our teams in Field Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Support and Product to contribute to Choco’s growth.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?Â
- Rigorously engaging with 60-75 restaurants a day via inbound and outbound channelsÂ
- Managing your metropolitan territory of restaurant leads and converting them to new active buyers on our platform
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of restaurants and deliver accurate acquisition forecasts
- Enter and maintain accurate data in our Salesforce CRM
- Act as the voice of our potential customers internally to provide valuable feedback to improve our offerings to further penetrate the market
- Growing and developing your sales career through our robust internal coaching and individual development program
WE’RE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE:
- You have 1+ years of quota-carrying Inside Sales experience with a proven track record of success or transferrable experience from hospitality
- You are data driven and use it to inform your decision-making process to succeed
- You are a creative seller and can adapt your pitch to different audiences
- You are adaptable and can put yourself in the shoes of a famous chef, kebab shop, or a family-owned Italian restaurant
- You have strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence external & internal stakeholders
- You have experience with Salesforce (Or other CRM), Google Workspace (Gmail Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- You embrace challenges and tackle them head-on. You love seeing your work translate into successÂ
- You understand that hard work drives success and unlimited career opportunities
