Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
Essential Functions
- Act as the customer's primary point of contact via email and phone
- Develop and maintain strong, professional customer relationships
- Provide pricing, order status, delivery information, etc. to customers
- Perform accurate processing of quotes, order entry, etc. and manage customer requests timely
- Assist in optimizing sales growth and profitability and drive customer satisfaction
- Support Outside Sales Representatives with customer inquiries, projects and overall business
- Run weekly and monthly reports for management
- May perform special projects or other duties, as assigned
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required, 4 year degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer service experience required, preferably in Oil & Gas
- Knowledge of high pressure flow iron and frac pump systems is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must work independently and as a member of the team

- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, margin calculations)
- Proficient in MS Office
