Inside Sales Representative

Advanced Nutrients is looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to the team! The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our Advanced Nutrients products across the country. The Inside Sales Representative will be closing deals - meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and productivity goals, and is required to do 50 or more calls per day. The Inside Sales Representative will be organized, reliable, and goal driven!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be comfortable with cold-calling
• Must be able to manage daily volume of calls, messages, and touchpoint
• Experience with closing and negotiating deals
• Meeting and exceeding goals
• Organized, reliable, and goal driven

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond in a timely manner to incoming phone, email and web inquiries, and respond timely to leads and generated by marketing, promotions and sales executives to provide high-quality lead generation.
• Actively engage in lead generation through outbound calls, emails, prospecting, networking and social media activity - pipeline creation should consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for requests for information and general follow-up activities. 
• Maintain accurate records and information on all customer activities.
