MEET YOUR TEAM
As one of Choco's Inside Sales Representatives, you'll report directly to the Inside Sales Manager. You'll have unwavering support from both your manager, and team of Inside Sales Representatives. You will be joining a new, but passionate and hardworking team. As an Inside Sales Representative here in Chicago, your mission is to increase restaurant adoption of Choco's platform within your territory. You will work directly with owners and chefs to improve their business operations via our app. You will work cross-functionally with our teams in Field Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Support and Product to contribute to Choco’s growth.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?Â
- Rigorously engaging with 60-75 restaurants a day via inbound and outbound channelsÂ
- Managing your territory of restaurant leads and converting them to new active buyers on our platform
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of restaurants and deliver accurate acquisition forecasts
- Enter and maintain accurate data in our Salesforce CRM
- Act as the voice of our potential customers internally to provide valuable feedback to improve our products and services
- Growing and developing your sales career through our robust internal coaching and individual development program
WE’RE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE:
- 1+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role with a track record of success
- Proven record of implementing constructive feedback over time
- Strong verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Adaptable and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead a discovery call and pitch to different types of potential users
