Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) group! As an Inside Sales Representative you'll be representing both cloud and data center infrastructure products and will be the daily contact for customers reselling the Arrow ECS line card across all hardware, software and services offerings.
The ideal candidate would be very familiar with supply chain and forecasting process, Arrow or distribution business experience preferred. This candidate will be empowered to make business decisions within set guidelines to help win business and meet or exceed sales goals directly affecting compensation plan.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for on-going sales support activities for the order to invoice process
- Building and maintaining influential customer and supplier relationships
- Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base
- Process quotes for new and existing orders in Oracle
- Cross-functional work with field sales and supply chain
- Follow up on all quote opportunities to win business
What Are We Looking For?
- 2-4 years' experience in information technology and distribution; experience in either cloud or data center infrastructure solutions sales strongly preferred
- Systems savvy, ability to adapt quickly. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, advanced Excel skills (VLookup, Macros, etc.) a plus
- Proficiency in sales tracking systems, SalesForce.com, Oracle
- Ability to build influential relationships
- Innovative self-starters who are willing to challenge the status quo
- The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate results
- Strong communication, negotiating and organization skills
- Strong customer service and sales skills

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$25.20 - $30.80
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
