As an Inside Sales Rep, you will help increase sales and revenue, finding new sales opportunities, supporting the BD team and providing first class customer support for sales.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable pushing forward, at pace, to seek new opportunities and being creative to help the team as we look to continue to win new projects.
Responsibilities:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly activities to create qualified leads to move forward to Business Development Directors.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Leadership, and Operations, and the entire business development and customer success teams.
- Ensuring that prospecting is managed as part of a structured, targeted, and measurable process resulting in new prospects being added to the pipeline on a consistent basis
- Manage databases, including Salesforce and internal tracking documents
- Must have experience in inside sales generator new business contacts
- Market outreach with FVR messaging
- Relevant reporting upstream to marketing and business development
- Focus on revenue-generating targets
- Prospect follow-up - phone calls, emails, demos.
- Identify creative approaches to client engagement via consistent outreach
- Leverage and influence marketing collateral and sales enablement resources to advance the discussion and create business opportunities.
- Manage and update opportunities and leads in SalesForce
- Trade Show planning, readiness, advanced engagement, follow-up (attendee, exhibitor, client support if BD role appropriate)
- Collaborate with inside teams to create appropriate market and client messaging
- Assisting the BD team to beat established sales quotas
Requirements
- USA resident and non-visa requirements to work in the USA
- 2-10 years of inside sales and lead generation (Whilst experience is important, we are looking for someone with the right attitude to join our team!)
- Microsoft package competence - PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Google platform competence - Gmail, Google Drive etc.
- CRM or Salesforce experience
