Inside Sales Job Summary:

We are looking for self-motivated, well-spoken individuals to join our team by adding to our Inside Sales team. This person will be responsible for developing and growing our channel partners while supporting our Regional Sales Managers in their territories.

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, a successful Inside Sales Representative should have business acumen, technical aptitude, be able to build rapport, influence business owners, have a competitive mindset, be a good listener, achieve revenue goals, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is full time and sits onsite in our Liberty Lake, WA headquarters.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Manage and grow existing channel partners in an assigned territory by increasing revenue and market share.

· Pro-actively generate meetings, trainings, demos, and opportunities with channel partners through outbound calling 20-30 calls per day.

· Respond to 20-40 emails per day.

· Take 5-15 inbound calls per day ranging from quotes, product information, and customer service-related requests.

· Consistently achieve territory quota to ensure revenue and growth objectives.

· Comfortable talking with business owners, internal/external customers, and building relationships. Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment while still providing quality, and driving revenue.

· Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

· Successfully explaining and demonstrating features of products and services using video conferencing.

Qualifications:

· Highly Motivated and self-starting individuals with a desire to create a career at OpenEye.

· High school diploma/GED Required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

· Salesforce.com experience is a plus but can be trained.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Good organizational skills the ability to multitask and prioritize.

· Excellent phone and email skills.

· Exceptional customer service skills.

· Strong listening and sales skills.

· Ability to achieve targets.

Perks at OpenEye:

·         The pay for this opportunity is $45,000 - $60,000 per year. The base is $22 per hour plus on-target commission of about $15,000 annually.
