Inside Sales Representative

First Choice Credit Management (FCCM) specializes in empowering individuals to regain financial freedom through effective debt relief solutions. Our mission is to help clients save money and resolve their unsecured debt efficiently. We’re currently seeking motivated Debt Relief Sales Representatives to educate consumers about their options and guide them toward making the best decisions for their financial futures. 
Location: West Palm Beach office (This position is not remote.)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
The Role: This is a phone-based sales role. You will be making calls to and taking calls from people who are looking for help with their debt. We provide you with quality leads (no cold calling required), but you must enjoy being on the phone and put forth the effort to be successful.
Compensation: Hourly rate plus commission. First-year representatives typically earn $60,000+, with experienced reps earning $100,000+.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from consumers interested in our services.
• Review credit reports, financial statements, and other data to evaluate program suitability.
• Provide detailed information on payment options and program details
• Effectively manage a client pipeline ensuring proper follow-up
• Be thorough and detailed with the presentation, information gathering, and completing client files

Qualifications: 

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. 
• Experience: 2+ years of phone sales or related experience (preferred)
• Computer Proficiency: Must have the ability to navigate basic computer software, email platforms, CRM, and use computer-based phone systems. 
• Attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis.
• Must have a positive and upbeat attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a sales-driven environment
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications
• Availability to work full-time in our West Palm Beach office.
