Inside Sales Representative - Bloomington, IL
Job Description
Function as a licensed insurance sales professional within the home office supporting corporate objectives by providing prospects with COUNTRY Property and Casualty Insurance Solutions.
The COUNTRY telesales team is a growth sales channel for COUNTRY Financial that is focused on providing a superior sales and referral experience to win new clients.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling new Property and Casualty Insurance business via inbound calls to the Sales Contact Center. This role is a true dedicated insurance sales professional, who uses acquired insurance knowledge to assess an individual's needs and make recommendations accordingly. The ability to represent COUNTRY Financial and our products is crucial to be able to confidently answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.
How does an Inside Sales Representative make an impact?
- Assists prospects in purchasing the correct coverage to meet their needs, preparing rate quotes a closing the sale.
- Evaluates sales opportunities by obtaining important information through the COUNTRY sales process and forwarding these leads to the Financial Representatives in the field.
- Advises prospects/clients of any additional coverage that is available based on basic understanding of underwriting rules/guidelines.
- Enters information accurately and efficiently into systems to process all required documentation including electronic application, endorsement forms and finalizing payment methods.
- As the job family progresses it requires more focus on quality, execution, mentoring, training and development of entry level and intermediate representatives.
