Inside Sales Representative - BOSS Snowplow

What Do You Need?  

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:  

• Associates Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent office experience
• Minimum of 2 years office experience preferred, in a manufacturing/factory environment
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Excellent phone skills
• Basic Accounting skills
• Strong computer knowledge in Windows XP, Microsoft Word and Excel; experience in Microsoft Access a plus
• ERP system experience such as SAP a plus; and/or backordering processing system
• Strong typing skills
• Proven ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment​
• Position is fully onsite in Iron Mountain MI #LI-Onsite
