About the Inside Sales Representative - ExxonMobil:
This is an exciting new opportunity to represent ExxonMobil, an industry leader in the energy and chemical manufacturing business. They are a world leader in the supply of high-quality products and services to help vehicle owners and operators achieve outstanding performance, reliability and profitability. You will have the opportunity to work with distributors, OEMs, National Car Care accounts, and Retail accounts as you support this exciting brand.
Location: Ogden, UT - Hybrid
What will you do? β’ Constantly strives to improve, proactively seeking coaching and guidance from peers and managers β’ Driven individual who relishes the challenge, and "the thrill of the chase" β’ Adherence to daily, weekly and monthly KPIs β’ Achieve established sales goals and objectives β’ Expert ability to serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client's value proposition and assess mutual fit β’ Ability to learn quickly and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client's products and services
Skills & Qualifications: β’ Prior Business Development or sales experience β’ Previous auto industry and lubricant sales experience preferred β’ Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience β’ High confidence and ability to quickly build trust within the first call, with strong soft skills to drive impact on the spot β’ Strong organization and time management coupled with the ability to multitask and work under pressure β’ High attention to details and follow-through β’ Excellent written and verbal communication β’ Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO and other sales tech stack experience preferred
