Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Maintaining current client relationships and identifying potential clients
• Contacting potential customers to develop relationships and sales
• Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales
• Collaborating with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services, and innovating new ways to serve business
• Conduct and assist marketing team with promo campaigns
• Assist with event coordination and preparations
• Utilization of internal technology, CRM, Outlook, Microsoft Applications
• Work along side our Field Sales Team to drive adoption, support, and customer follow up
• Grow designated genomic business in assigned territory
• Assist with administrative support
