Inside Sales Representative- Hybrid

Ryvid is looking for an experienced, reliable, and dynamic individual to drive sales of the new Ryvid Anthem. The successful candidate for the Inside Sales position will be an integral member of the Sales team, reporting directly to the VP of Sales. The position is responsible for generating new business leads and closing sales over the phone. The Inside Sales Representative will help define the sales process and cycle and will be responsible for staying organized in our CRM. The ideal candidate is a proven professional with experience in sales and the power sports industry.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed the assigned quarterly sales targets for the territory
- Meet and exceed the assigned outreach targets
- Generate new business leads and close sales over the phone
- Work closely with the sales team to help define the sales process and cycle
- Stay organized in our CRM
- Become a trusted advisor for customers in the powersports industry
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
- Research and understand the needs of customers to provide tailored solutions
- Build strong and trusted relationships with the customer in the territory
- Manage a 12-month rolling forecast and always ensure Ryvid systems are up to date with the latest information
- Provide daily updates in Ryvid's CRM and forecasting tools showing pipeline movement and growth
- Support local trade shows and events within your territory
- Arrange and manage demo rides within your territory
Technical or "hard" skills requirements:
- CRM proficiency
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Motorcycle License
"Soft" or interpersonal skills:
- Comfortable talking to customers on the phone
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-starter and strong problem-solving skills
Qualifications Requirements:
- At least 3 years of selling experience
- Experience in the powersports industry
- Capable of moving into a management role
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Hybrid role: part-time at Hawaiian Gardens
- Competitive salary range $50,000-$65,000 + Bonus
