About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative (also called Sales Lead Coordinator) must be extremely organized, accountable and deliver world-class customer service. You will work as part of a dynamic team and you will exceed customer expectations by scheduling Sales leads as they come in through incoming marketed leads or byway of a technician generated leads. You will also follow up with clients for unsold estimates. This is a full-time role that will report into the Senior Sales Manager and be fully remote or based out of our growing Woodbridge, VA office.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure customers have a clear understanding of what our Technicians will be doing while at their appointment.
- Pre-qualify customers who are interested in financing
- Gather all useful and relevant information from the customer
- Build rapport with the customer. The more information the better!
- Fill the Advisors schedules on a daily basis
- Contact EVERY customer prior to dispatch to ensure their presence
- Understand the skills, strengths and weaknesses of all Advisors and Senior Technicians so as to dispatch sales leads in relation to the job opportunity and ability of the individual sales member
- Provide all necessary information to Technician, including, but not limited to, paperwork for previous bids we are returning to
- Ensure accurate lead sources are acquired on every call
- Answer the phones in a prompt and professional manner
- Debrief each call before dispatching
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process
- Follow up on high-value unsold estimatesÂ
- Build long-term successful client relationships
We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have
- At Least 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience
- Sales pipeline management skills
- Willingness to work evenings & weekends when needed
- A strong communicator and a natural at explaining basic maintenance suggestions to customers
- You’re amazing at following up with customers and closing leads
- You’re comfortable overcoming objections and helping customers achieve their home improvement goals
