Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative, X1 will provide presales support for the DMP X1 cloud-based

access control solution and associated products and services.

Qualifications:

  • High School education, preferably supplemented by advanced training in business and sales.
  • Proven customer service and problem solving skills
  • Willingness to be a team player and do "whatever it takes" to ensure the customers and company are served.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Foster new channel partnerships by proactively reaching out to security and integration companies currenty selling access control systems to initiate contact and explore business opportunities.
  2. Prepare equipment quotations and promptly respond to customer queries.
  3. Support the field sales team by tracking and following up on customer pre-sales inquiries.
  4. Actively promote regional sales initiatives in coordination with the field sales team.
  5. Stay updated on new product feature launches to provide customers with the latest information.
  6. Provide compelling sales demonstrations of the X1 series solution via remote video meetings and face-to-face presentations.
  7. Work in conjunction with the Marketing & Sales teams to socialize scheduled presentation events and training programs.
  8. While primarily based at DMP headquarters, undertake occasional travel as required to conduct in-person meetings and presentations.
