Location: Concord, Ontario (On-site)

The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Concord. You will be the engine of our sales process, acting as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, supporting our international field sales team, and ensuring our customers receive world-class service from quote to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email, qualifying leads and identifying customer needs for machinery, spare parts, and retrofits.
- Quoting & Proposals: Generate accurate technical quotes and formal sales proposals using our internal systems.
- Customer Support: Act as a liaison between the customer, engineering, and production teams to ensure technical specifications are met.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep our CRM database meticulously updated with lead status, contact history, and sales forecasts.
- Market Outreach: Conduct outbound follow-ups on past quotes and perform light prospecting to identify new opportunities within specific territories.
- Sales Support: Assist Regional Sales Managers with documentation, travel coordination, and preparing materials for international trade shows.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in inside sales or account management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial equipment environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort discussing mechanical components and reading basic technical specifications.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. Proficiency in a second language (Spanish, French, or German) is a significant asset given our global footprint.
- Software Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics).
