Inside Sales Representative/Support

Responsibilities of Inside Sales Representative/Support include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
• Processing customer orders, following up on backorders & ship directs
• Checking availability of stock, pricing and shipping dates
• Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
• Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products

Qualifications of the Inside Sales Representative/Support include, but are not limited to:

• Industrial knowledge a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
• Must have experience performing a majority of the functions
• Prior inside sales but not required
• organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required
• Regular in-person attendance required
• Normal business hours Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:30
