SUMMARY: We are seeking a dependable and detail orientatedย Inside Sales Representative for lead follow-up, promotion notifications and new product information.
NO COLD CALLING
ย
During a typical week you will be responsible, but not limited to the following duties:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
- Work with Client Managers to understand current promotions, special offers and inform customers of relevant product updates
- CRM record keeping and lead management of all customer interactions
The successful candidates must possess the following Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrable attention to detail
- Understanding of the importance of fast and accurate responses
- Outstanding telephone skills with impressive ability to relate over the phone, good speaking voice, and able to deal with multiple levels within organizations
- Excellent oral and written communication in English (French an asset)
- Explain and demonstrate features and benefits of products and services
- Stay informed about brands and products
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and comfortable using web-based software and communication tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a definite asset
