The America's headquarters located in Fort Mill, South Carolina is seeking a highly self-motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales & Service Representative to join our Passenger and Light Truck Tire group! The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is dependable and accountable.

*Hours - 11am-8pm, Monday - Friday*
THE POSITION
• Work with Replacement Sales Accounts from point of order entry,• Provide product substitutions, timely shipments and a high fill rate• Work with logistics, traffic, warehousing, credit, field sales, operations, sales, billing, systems, and marketing to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction • Maintain various EDI related programs to ensure accurate electronic order entry and invoicing• Manage the inbound and outbound call activity of dealers, associate dealers, and retail accounts

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree• Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills• Intermediate experience with MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint• At times, some overtime and overnight travel is required• Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 1 - 3 years of previous Inside Sales or Customer Service experience• Degree in Business Administration • SAP experience• Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity
