Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Managers concerning the acquisition of new business
  • Assure timely completion of CRM related documentation and serve as CRM expert
  • Provide a focal point for customer inquiries and ensure customer inquiries are processed within Sales Lead Time goals
  • Follow-up on outstanding quotes to obtain feedback
  • Maintain Customer Master Data and Customer Prices in SAP
  • Ensure that customer specifications are correct and are tied back to written documents and/or quotes
  • Follow-up and follow-through with prompt and professional responses to Account Manager/customer needs and questions
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure timely delivery of requested information
  • Manage smaller accounts in conjunction with Account Manager to achieve sales growth targets
  • Call qualified leads to confirm potential and interest and assist Account Manager with setting appointment when appropriate
  • Communicate customer business practices across all divisional functions
  • Understand ISO, AS and lean manufacturing systems
  • Exceed our customer’s expectations through continuous improvement utilizing data and developing procedures to meet those expectations
  • Monthly reporting preparation.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree (various disciplines); Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years’ Inside Sales or Customer Service experience utilizing SAP system or similar
  • Business level English skills both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented
  • Must be able to prioritize multiple projects
  • Positive attitude; dependable
  • Excellent PC related skills including Microsoft Office Suite, ERP and CRM. 
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to build strong partnerships between internal and external organizations to achieve targeted goals
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
