This role is part of the Philips Oral Healthcare Dental Professional sales team based in Nashville, TN. The ISS territories are in remote regions of the US and Canada that cannot be geographically covered by a Field Sales Representative. The ISS does not have an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) counterpart and is also solely responsible for achieving the quarterly and yearly sales quota. The ISS role is considered a higher-level position than the ISR with more advanced skill sets.
Primary job responsibilities are to make outbound calls to build strong customer relationships and achieve quarterly and yearly sales quotas. Identifying opportunities within an assigned customer base and the ability to present solutions virtually by upselling and cross-selling Philips Sonicare and Zoom Whitening solutions is essential. Prospecting for new business within the territory is also a must.
Provide internal product and service support to dental professionals in US or Canada and sell the Philips Oral Healthcare portfolio to dental professionals over the phone or use of virtual technology.

You are responsible for
- Build trusted long-term relationships with customers that leads to strong brand affinity and ultimately help with Philips's MOR (Most often Recommended) growth initiative.
- Effectively manage a territory of Customers and Prospects, offering products in a consultative manner, and matching customer needs with Philips Oral Healthcare Portfolio.
- Responsible for obtaining new customers and acting as a sole resource in the area.
- Create business plans in conjunction with your Supervisor to understand the territory, identify short comings and set strategy and gap plans going forward.
- Perform detailed virtual Lunch and Learns using the Philips "Perfect Pitch" to introduce existing and new customers to the breadth of Philips portfolio and how offerings can help address customer needs for patient retention, patient acquisition, practice building and treatment plan adoption.
- Achieve established revenue growth expectations for dental practices within assigned territory
- Obtain a full understanding the science and clinical significance behind the Sonicare power toothbrush, Zoom Whitening and Oral Care products
- 8Build strong strategic consultative sales partnerships with Dental Professional stakeholders including Specialists, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants and Dental Team Members.
- Use CRM system to plan day, call Dental Professional offices, record all activities and schedule appropriate follow up tasks.
- Cultivate successful partnerships with marketing teams to efficiently maximize territory coverage.
- Strategically utilize Philips clinical information and customer technologies to enhance DP business plans and in office plan execution.
- Effectively translate consultative practice building techniques and in-office. merchandising objectives into office level implementation.
- Understand and selects the right promotional tactics to optimize sales.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI metrics as well as achieving sales quota.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
- Desire to advance your sales career.
- Experience calling on customers and prospecting for new customers.
- Experience constructing business plans and managing a territory remotely.
- Experience working in a sales environment.
- Professional sales skills, appearance, written and oral skills.
- Understanding of CRM concepts to manage accounts.
- Strong PC skills, including experience using Excel, Office and Outlook.
- Must be able to work within a Team environment, performance-based culture.
- Excellent phone skills.
- Ability to build relationships with key decision makers.
- Excellent Presentation skills via phone and Virtual technology.
- Ability to determine customer's requirements and recommend Oral Health solutions.
- Ability to use technology is a must as multiple screens aid in customer interaction.
