The autoniq Inside Sales and Support Representative will perform customer service and corporate level sales support. The autoniq Inside Sales and Support Representative must be a self-starter that strives to meet or exceed sales and production goals while supporting autoniq's profitable growth and revenue objectives. Identify sales opportunities to educate and up-sell customers on autoniq & OPENLANE products and services. Become subject matter expert on all autoniq products and services including, a proficiency with the features and functionality of the autoniq application, autoniq.com and Salesforce.com. Train and educate customers on key products and features to grow autoniq's portfolio.

As an Inside Sales and Support Representative, a typical day might include the following:

  • Ensure proper follow-through on all directives from autoniq management.
  • Maintain a good rapport and flow of communication with the autoniq department employees.
  • Inbound/Outbound activities such as: up-sell customers, lead qualification, utilization campaigns, and lead management.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding minimum sales requirements as determined by autoniq management.
  • Monitor individual production and performance metrics to ensure that goals are met.
  • Position requires strong solution selling skills to directly impact the goals for autoniq.
  • Increase overall amount of customer subscriptions through outbound and inbound calls to prospects and current autoniq customers.
  • Enter inbound and outbound sales activities in Salesforce.com.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of and comply with autoniq's company policies and procedures.
  • Report customer, industry or market trends to autoniq management.
  • Work in a team environment developing innovative solutions that drive growth with integrity, improved effectiveness, and integration throughout the organization.
  • Assists customers with mobile application and website related issues such as passwords, account permissions, troubleshooting mobile devices, payments and other issues depending on area of assignment.
  • Ensure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention.
  • Conduct online and in person product demos and training sessions for existing and prospective autoniq customers and clients
  • Gather information from various sources to build a "resolution" for customers
  • Continuing education on our evolving platform; continuous learning opportunities as we are always creating and enhancing autoniq's features and capabilities
  • Serve as subject matter expert for all current and future autoniq, OPENLANE and 3rd party vendor product offerings
  • Identifies customer needs, issues, and perceptions
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical support experience preferred
  • A minimum of two (2) years customer support or call center experience required
  • A minimum of one (1) year insides sales experience required
  • General automotive knowledge preferred
  • Must have knowledge of technical applications and a good understanding of operating systems, mobile devices (Android and iOS software), and computers
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently and meet all internal and external time commitments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence, defuse, reconcile and remedy customer issues (conflict resolution) to create a win-win solution
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must exhibit strong team player attributes with the ability to multi-task and
