Job Description

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inbound requests with prompt and professional responses.
• Work with production planning, estimating, and engineering on customer quotations/orders for new and existing products.
• Ensure timely quotation follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries.
• Receive, verify accuracy, and process customer orders/change orders.
• Work with additional departments such as quality, purchasing, shipping, receiving, and accounts payable.
• Maintain strong rapport with key customers through regular communication.
• Retain and apply product knowledge through provided training.
• Proactively provide schedule updates to customers.
• Work efficiently within our CRM platform.
• Support outside sales personnel.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of inside sales and service experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills, with a friendly approach to customer interactions.
• Enjoys building relationships with customers and addressing their needs.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and reprioritize tasks as needed.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
