To support continued growth and impact, we are seeking a high performance, self-motivated, professional who is looking for an opportunity to help drive our business as an Insight Specialist. The ideal candidate will be someone who is an organized, detailed, task-oriented team player and will enthusiastically support the Account Management team to ensure a successful partnership with our customers.
Job Summary
This role of Insight Specialist - Key Accounts, is responsible for assisting and supporting the Key Account Management team with creating, building, and deploying Insight engagements. As functional experts, they will support the team in delivering strategic, well-executed consumer engagements. The desire and ability to quickly learn is pivotal as there is substantial opportunity for growth within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and execute our customer's Insight engagements, including the collection and detailed organization of online assets from customer
- Review data inputs for quality control
- Communicate directly with customers to coordinate strategically sound, on-time and successful completion of online consumer engagements for timely results delivery
- Partner with the Key Account Management team to identify the customers' business needs and then communicate the proper value proposition by matching First Insight's capabilities to those objectives
- Attend internal and customer meetings to understand customer requirements and solution positioning to ensure successful alignment and increased customer utilization
- Occasionally travel to customer sites to assist with strategy and execution on account
- Collaborate on ad-hoc projects with Key Account Management team
- Identify and establish customer-specific efficiencies in workflow with manager’s support
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree from an accredited college or university
- Proven track record of successfully learning and understanding a task and executing with precision
- Demonstrated ability of learning and following a defined set of processes
- 3+ years of retail experience is helpful
- Understanding of data analytics is helpful
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment balancing multiple responsibilities
- Outstanding listening, verbal, written and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented with high personal drive, integrity and energy
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adhere to strict deadlines
- Uses critical thinking skills to solve problems
- Project management experience is helpful
- Understands the retail go-to-market process
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must be comfortable working in a team environment
- Hybrid role, primarily remote, willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
