The Insights Consultant reports to the Sector Lead Insights Consulting and is responsible for managing day-to-day customer relationships for a subset of smaller customers within a specific sector. They address customer needs present report findings make recommendations and serve as a trusted point of contact. This role coordinates and executes on tasks delegated by Senior Insights Consultants and Sector leads to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.

What you'll do:

• Works collaboratively with internal teams to ensure high quality products are delivered to customers

• Contributes to the quality control of reporting

• Helps to coordinate and project. manage collaboration with the delivery organization and commercial teams

• Plays a key role in responding to time-sensitive questions/queries related to the client program and maintains proactive communication with the client between service reviews

• Supports client communications during account and project ramp-up including taking necessary briefs and appropriate client training

• Helps prepare for client presentations by supporting scripting on findings and recommendations

What you have:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience will be considered in lieu of experience

• 1-2 years experience in project account management writing and analytics

• Social Science Degree

$49000 - $53000 a year

For Individuals based in New York Colorado Washington and California Cision is required to disclose a salary range for this role. This compensation range of $49000 - $53000 is specific to these states however base pay may vary depending on a range of relevant factors.
