KLAS finds the hard-to-get HIT data by building strong relationships with our payer and provider friends in the industry.
We are in need of a strong analyst—someone who can sit down with a set of data, investigate the message being communicated, and develop the skills to become a deep subject-matter expert in the world of healthcare technology and industry best practices. This analyst role supports KLAS’ Arch Collaborative – a clinician-led initiative to improve the electronic health record (EHR) experience worldwide.
In this position, you will:
- In partnership with KLAS’ client success team, regularly connect with healthcare leaders to:
- Scope out projects
- Build surveys
- Analyze survey results
- Share best practices to clients
- Provide prescriptive guidance for client improvement
- Analyze and visualize data in Tableau
- Build presentations
- Present findings to executive audiences
- Write client case studies
- Write reports on industry trends highlighting industry improvement opportunities and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Experience in deciphering data to provide clear, written and verbal analysis
- Knowledge of presentation and deck-building best practices
- Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative analytics
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in Tableau
- Qualtrics experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a field that requires research & analysis
Salary range starts at $85,000 annually. We offer top-tier benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA with company match, 401K with company match, PTO, and more. KLAS Research has a hybrid work policy to allow team members to work both remotely and in the office. This flexible approach provides team members with a balance between in-person collaboration and remote work autonomy. Hybrid work is defined as two full days expected in-office.
