Insolvency Operations Specialist
Job Description
Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Completes proof of claim processes which includes creating, sending and filing claims electronically
- Performs account updates to validate claim amount and provides supporting documentation for filing purposes
- Reviews accounts in automated recovery system to ensure accounts are coded and in proper status to align with bankruptcy and court status
- Performs case management work such as reviewing filed documents to determine conformity and appropriate actions and following up on rules, practices and filing requirements as directed by the courts
- Assists with mail distribution
- Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies across areas of organizational responsibility
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with 10 key data entry preferred
- Proficient with Windows 10 or higher and familiarity with general Internet usage
