The Role: Spearhead Instagram for Mighty Networks 

As our Instagram Lead, you'll be the driving force behind Mighty Networks'Instagram presence. Your mission? To transform our Instagram into a lead-generating, community-building, engagement-driving powerhouse.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a high-impact Instagram strategy that you’re proud to put your name on
• Create compelling content that resonates with creators, entrepreneurs, and brands intrigued by building their own community, courses, challenges, and events that they own off social media
• Network strategically, building relationships and driving conversations about Mighty Networks across the platform
• Focus on the direct, client-producing IG strategies more than vanity metrics, including ManyChat campaigns and lead gen
• Analyze metrics rigorously, continuously refining your approach for maximum impact
• Stay ahead of Instagram trends and algorithm changes, constantly adapting your approach

The Instagram Expert We're Looking For

• You have deep expertise in all aspects of organic content creation and audience building on Instagram
• You can point to your own impressive account and sales results to showcase your understanding and love of Instagram
• You LOVE ManyChat and how to use Instagram to get clients
• You have your finger on where the platform wants to focus and how to deliver on the content types, messages, and strategies to seize the moment—and stay ahead of the curve
