Installation Services Coordinator

The Installation Services Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to support the Installation Service Managers with the overall management of their contractor/vendor portfolio. This entails contractor performance report preparation and distribution, client concern resolution, Sales support and work order administration/oversight. These are critical roles in our business and will facilitate an improved image of Installation Services as well as help lead our efforts to maximize service levels and improve efficiency for our end customers and Sales.Â

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
Analytics and Performance Reporting
- Review Event Manager to make sure jobs are closed properly
Vendor Management
- Reconcile vendor invoices
- Distribute weekly Contractor Report Card showing KPIs and Client Surveys
- Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics through analytics, feedback and coaching
- Communicate to Contractors changes regarding process or systems changes.
Partnerships Team Members
- Coordinate contractor and Vendor Manager meetings to review performances
- Participate in process improvement initiatives as a cross-functional team member
- Assist with scheduling of hotel, flight and storage locations
- Assist with the logistical scheduling of Certification Events
