Installed Base Services Engineer

Technical Support:
He should have technically competent enough to handle services of UPS ranging from 10 KVA to 1000KVA, has to extend his service support at Telangana & AP states. He should have background knowledge of power electronics and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities
Good Interaction with customers to manage the situation to enhance customer satisfaction.
Planning the Execution of service & commissioning works.
has to extend his service support at Telangana & AP states.
The nature of the job is to handle all the breakdowns, commissioning, maintenance calls of UPS and all the enterprise products.
Have selling skills to generate revenue for SS business.
Communication Skills:
Shall have good communication skills and good coordination within the team.

Qualifications

Technical Diploma/ Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering should have 3-5 years of experience in the field of UPS
service operations and have a fair knowledge of power electronics.
