Installed Base Services Engineer

Electrical / Electronics engineer, minimum Diploma holder
- 7 to 8 years of field service experience in UPS & power management field
- AC/DC Power Knowledge
- Right attitude for Enterprise Customer Service and Service Delivery processes
- Ability to function independently.
- Ability to manage and handle comprehensive customer solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High Level of professionalism and integrity.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- High Energy & excellent team player
- Data center experience will be an advantage
- Must be able to remain calm when the pressure is on
- Open to change and new ideas
