Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Perform installations of plumbing systems, including water lines, sewer lines, fixtures, and appliances for residential and commercial customers. • Accurately diagnose plumbing issues during installation projects and recommend the best solutions. • Clearly explain diagnoses and repair or installation options to customers in a professional, polite manner. • Maintain thorough and accurate records of work performed using company-provided technology. • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors to ensure job success. • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship. • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency installation needs as required. • Maintain a clean and organized work area at job sites and in company vehicles. Qualifications: • Licensed Plumber (required). • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plumber, with a focus on installation work. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to customers clearly and politely. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend effective solutions. • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude. • High school diploma or GED preferred. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
