Job Description

Your role in helping us shape the future:
You will play a vital role in our growing aviation technical training team that focuses on identifying, developing, and implementing highly effective and complex training programs for our airline partners and customers around the world.
You should have a passion for instructional design and diving deep into technical requirements and features with customers and internal teams to identify key areas where impactful training can be delivered.
Are you up to the challenge?
  • Showcase your expertise in the development of effective leading-edge avionics and aerospace training content.
  • Design and develop instructional material for various delivery methods, including instructor-led and e-learning courses using ADDIE, SAM, etc.
  • Create stimulating training plans that promote an engaging training environment. Including course curriculum, facilitation guides, knowledge checks, and other training activities.
  • Assess existing training material and explore innovative ways to improve the overall effectiveness of delivery.
  • Develop and manage multiple highly engaging and interactive adult learning programs and technical trainings, focused on effective leading-edge avionics and aerospace content
  • Facilitate training.

You should definitely have:
  • Four-year college degree (an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered)
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in
    • Adult learning principles;
    • Technical/Systems Training;
    • Project management;
    • Curriculum design and eLearning design techniques;
    • Classroom and virtual facilitation.
  • Advanced public speaking skills with a strong background in:
    • Classroom and virtual facilitation;
    • Leading and designing technical trainings for highly skilled engineers.
  • Experience gathering, examining, and interpreting complex technical data to determine appropriate training content, objectives, and design
  • Experience in developing, conducting, and evaluating the effectiveness of complex technical training
  • Proficient with eLearning and video authoring software, specifically Articulate Storyline360, Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat Pro, Natural Reader, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • The ability to travel up to 20% to meet the needs of the business

It would be nice if you had:
  • Four-year college degree in adult learning studies
  • Experience developing web playable training in compliance with the EEOC Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
  • Experience managing learning management systems (LMS)
  • Experience developing complex, interactive CBT modules in the avionics / aerospace sector
  • Experience working with electrical schematics and avionics system level troubleshooting
