Overview
The e-Learning Instructional Designer would be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying highly interactive eLearning content based on Articulate Storyline and providing LMS Support. This must be an individual who is motivated, ambitious, and technically savvy. The e-Learning Instructional Designer will cultivate employee relationships with training to help them learn, develop, and grow within Chadwell Supply. A successful candidate will have an extensive knowledge of the Articulate Suite. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to: multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build relationships with coworkers, work independently and as part of a team, take active measures to solve problems, and commit to a high level of service.
What you will need

• Employee must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Employee must be self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills, and be able to effectively communicate.
• Advanced Education in a related field is required.
• Be detail-oriented and organized.
• Have excellent time management, relationship-building, and multitasking skills.
• Background in graphic design, coding, multimedia, or video editing.
• Experience in the e-learning design and development field.
• Experience in advanced learning models.
• Ability to build and deliver highly interactive learning with Articulate Storyline.

How you will make an impact

• Assist in delivering face-to-face and live Virtual Instructor Led (VILT) training across Chadwell Supply’s footprint.
• Maintains and develops relationships with all employees within the organization.
• Creates online assessments and interactive decision-making courses.
• Creates and monitors online surveys/feedback forms.
• Ability to use voiceover software and incorporate it into training modules.
• Creating new professional development courses and updating existing courses.
• Designing learning experiences through engaging interactivity and knowledge assessments.
• Collaborating with development team to conduct quality control.
• Focusing on a curriculum for modules.
