ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To design & develop training content and video from in-house SMEs, which include a blended approach

to learning. Must be a thought leader in instructional design and innovation.

· Be proficient in instructional design, instructional technology, and project management.

· Creating storyboards and Content outline.

· Content structuring & re-modelling and scripting.

· Extensive knowledge of instructional design models, theories.

· Should be well versed in learning/training development life cycle.

· Should have good creative and visualization skills.

· Communicates effectively in visual, oral, and written form and deliver engaging presentations.

· Building appropriate learning content (trainer guides, schedules, e-learning modules, training

documents, refresher training, virtual instructor led content (VILT) etc.) based on the design

framework and training requirement.

· Consults, analyzes, and develops highly engaging and interactive learning solutions.

· Identifies opportunities to incorporate new technology into client learning tool set.

· Must have good experience of working with SMEs. Handle SME co-ordination independently.

· Devise modes of assessment, such as Create assessments or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness

of the course

· Maintain project documentation and course folders

· Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate and work with other cross-functional teams. ·

  Is ready to work on a given task over and over again, in order to come up with an impeccable solution.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE ·

Degree/ Diploma/ Certification in Instructional Design ·

2-3  yeasr of experience in the Learning and Development field. ·

Experience designing, developing, and delivering emerging learning solutions including game-based learning, video, micro-learning, simulations, and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements strongly preferred ·

Strong proficiency with industry standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Storyline and Captivate)
