In this role, you will:
- Use your instructional design expertise to identify learner needs, analyze high-level content requirements and propose learning outlines for BenchPrep courses
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to create learning objectives that transform outlines into detailed course structures
- With platform capabilities in mind, identify the appropriate mix and amount of content types from text and assessment questions to videos, visuals, case studies, and interactive exercises
- Conduct design and content reviews in an effective and timely manner as needed
- Assist in authoring course onboarding/orientation modules using appropriate formats and techniques
- Build course structure frames in BenchPrep’s proprietary content management system
Skills and experience we value

- LMS/CMS experience preferred; SaaS experience a plus
- Direct and heavy client-facing experience, working with high level project stakeholders
- Proficiency using G-suite
- Excellent writing and communication skills
