Amplify's Training & Enablement team is seeking an Instructional Designer, Enrollment & Licensing (Contract) to design online courses, job aids, supplemental multimedia resources, and train-the-trainer resources for the Enrollment & Licensing (E&L) team. The E&L team focuses on digital onboarding and their role relies heavily on using internal tools to intake enrollment data and provide access to digital products. This role will report to the Lead Trainer, Enrollment & Licensing.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about lifelong learning and is skilled in translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand learning content for non-technical audiences.
This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Enrollment & Licensing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on learning material design and development
  • Apply current instructional design theory and adult learning best practices to create effective learning content
  • Facilitate engaging virtual training sessions using Zoom for customer-facing teams
  • Build assessments that gauge if critical skills and competencies are met
  • Develop online courses and micro-learning opportunities in Amplify's learning management system
  • Create, edit, and publish multimedia learning resources including video demonstrations, process guides, and audio voiceover
  • Analyze assessment data and recommend follow-up steps
  • Develop and track project plans for instructional design and training deliverables

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design or related field
  • 1-3 years of instructional design experience
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRMs
  • Familiarity with and/or experience working on a customer-facing team (i.e. Sales, Customer Care & Support, Customer Success, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Proficiency with learning management systems
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate and clearly communicate with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to understand, learn, and translate technical information into easy-to-understand content
  • Ability to work and collaborate effectively in a remote work environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
  • Experience working in an Educational Technology company and creating content within a LMS
  • Experience with authoring tools like Adobe Captivate
  • Experience with process mapping
  • Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, Gainsight, and other business applications

Compensation:
The hourly rate range for this role is $40 - $45.
