Radiant Digital (Radiant) is a fast-growing consultancy focused on providing our clients information technology and learning and development solutions and support. A Radiant Instructional Designer (ID) is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning projects for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of adult learning principles with a specific focus on corporate training and organizational development. The ID will develop training programs and learning materials using a variety of tools and learning methodologies. Projects may include ILT, CBT, performance improvement materials, simulations, serious games, etc. A wide knowledge of the approaches and technology being used for corporate training and organizational development is vital.

Primary Duties

• Work with clients’ subject matter experts to create training materials and performance improvement products
• Gather information from relevant materials, documentation, subject matter experts, and other project team members to create and design effective learning content.
• Develop course materials for ILT, vILT, and CBT delivery modes

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in education or related HR field
• Some professional experience in instructional design, technical writing, and/or curriculum development preferred.
• Hands-on eLearning development experience with Articulate Storyline preferred
• Has proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Captivate, and Articulate Storyline
• Strong writing and layout skills to compose design documents, workbooks, self-directed materials, job aids, facilitator’s guides and learning assessments
