About the Role:
The Sales Enablement team at JumpCloud seeks a skilled agile and technical Instructional Designer with added experience in Learning Management System (LMS) management. This role will support our global sales force by designing creating maintaining and measuring sales-specific educational content. We are looking for a professional who is deeply passionate about educating sales professionals keen on sales methodologies curious about product functionality and committed to developing impactful learning content that empowers our sellers to excel.
As a pivotal member of our Sales Enablement team you will bolster our sellers' confidence and success in utilizing our sales methodologies tools and articulating our value propositions. The content you develop will enhance our sellers skills showcase the benefits of our products and accelerate their ability to be educated on product process or sales skills. This role offers significant autonomy in content creation allowing you to leverage your knowledge of design best practices and adult learning theories. This role is designed for a proactive creative professional who is looking to leverage their instructional design and LMS management skills to make a significant impact on our sales force’s performance and development.
As the Sales Enablement Instructional Designer you will:

Utilize instructional design processes to develop engaging and effective educational content and training assets that adhere to adult learning principles.

Produce high-quality content including tutorials videos audio scripts and various multimedia elements.

Design infographics and visual aids that enhance comprehension and support learning objectives.

Map out learning paths build and manage courses in our LMS reporting user management all ensuring seamless learning experiences.

Deploy surveys and track participation across sales enablement programs for robust data analysis and effective program evaluation.

Collaborate with product sales engineering revenue operations and marketing teams under tight deadlines to support key business initiatives and adapt to sales process changes through educational content.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in sales or customer-facing Instructional Design within a high-growth SaaS environment including 2-4 years LMS administration experience.

Strong proficiency with Articulate 360 or equivalent is highly preferred.

Demonstrated expertise in learning and development best practices methods and tools supported by an impressive portfolio.

Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively.

Committed team player eager to collaborate and contribute to team growth.

Exceptional project management and time management skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

Excellent verbal written and grammatical skills.

Proven track record of successfully managing LMS platforms and driving learner engagement and content effectiveness.

Where you’ll be working/Location:
JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.
This role is remote in the country of India. You must be located in and authorized to work in India to be considered for this role.
Language:
JumpCloud has teams in 15+ countries around the world and conducts our internal business in English. The interview and any additional screening process will take place primarily in English.
