Responsibilities:Radiant Digital Soultions is a fast-growing consultancy focused on providing our clients technology and change management solutions and support. A Radiant learning solutions manager is responsible for designing, developing, managing, and delivering projects for clients of Radiant’s Learning & Development Practice, based in Houston, TX.
The ideal candidate will have a career background in instructional design and must have a detailed working knowledge of adult learning principles with a specific focus on corporate training and change management. They will manage the development of training programs and support materials. Projects may include the design and development of ILT, CBT, custom learning applications, performance support materials, simulations, serious games, and video communications.
This position will entail managing project resources and acting as the primary point of client interaction. It requires the ability to quickly integrate and form relationships with client personnel and the ability to quickly absorb and synthesize complex technical information. The Learning Project Manager is supported by a cross-functional team of instructional designers, graphic designers, animators, and application developers and will be responsible for coordinating efforts between these different roles to produce solutions for our clients.
Radiant’s primary client base is composed of firms in the Energy and Telecom sectors as well as public sector clientele at both the State and Federal levels; experience in one or more of these sectors is preferred.
Primary Duties
• Perform analyses to design solutions that align with business needs and perceived performance gaps.
• Organize, analyze, and synthesize complex subject matter and transform it into instructional objectives that drive easy-to-understand curricula for specific audiences.
• Produce clear and concise documentation that guides solution development.
• Validate training meets learning objectives and evaluate effectiveness of training through use of assessments, surveys, and other means.
• Manage project timelines and personnel to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain client relationships with an eye to identifying new revenue opportunities for Radiant.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree; a master’s degree with a focus on the design and delivery of adult learning is strongly preferred.
• 3+ years related experience developing and/or managing the development of corporate training solutions.
• Strong writing and layout skills to compose design documents, workbooks, self-directed materials, job aids, facilitator’s guides and learning assessments; writing samples are required.
• Must have extensive hands-on eLearning development experience from conception to delivery in Articulate Storyline and/or Adobe Captivate
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and having the flexibility to meet frequently changing deadlines
• Advanced learning, change management, or project management certification a plus
