JOB DESCRIPTION

• Primarily responsible for the end-to-end execution of leadership and professional development programs in Accenture Operations. This includes talent capability assessment, training design and development, training delivery and training effectiveness monitoring.
• Facilitates the assessment and analysis of employees’ performance and learning needs including all identified learning activities in collaboration with Operations Leads to meet the agreed upon program objectives.
• Designs and develops training modules, workbooks, job aids, and assessments.
• Facilitates courses in the learning plan.
• Tracks and reports relevant training data and generation of required training reports for internal stakeholders’ use.
