We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Insulation Team Leader to join our growing team. Job Description: As an Insulation Team Leader at Envirosmart, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of insulation projects. You will lead a crew of 4-5 skilled professionals and be responsible for managing all aspects of the insulation installation process. Your role will involve coordinating with team members, meeting project deadlines, maintaining excellent communication with customers, and upholding our commitment to a clean and organized job site. Additionally, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of company equipment and vehicles. Key Responsibilities: • Crew Management:Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of 4-5 insulation installers, ensuring they perform at their best. • Project Management:Plan and execute insulation projects, meeting all project deadlines and ensuring the highest quality of work. • Customer Communication:Maintain open and professional communication with customers, addressing their concerns and providing updates on project progress. • Job Site Management:Ensure that job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times. • Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance:Oversee the care and maintenance of company equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are in good working order. • Quality Assurance:Conduct quality inspections to ensure that all insulation work meets or exceeds industry standards. • Documentation:Maintain accurate records of project details, crew schedules, and equipment maintenance. Qualifications: • Minimum of 4 years of experience in insulation installation. • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of insulation materials and installation techniques. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations. • Fluent in both Spanish and English (preferred but not required).
