Insurance Account Manager (Pulte Insurance Agency)
Job Description

This position will be located in either Coppell, TX or Englewood, Co.
JOB SUMMARY:
Insurance Account Manager develops and manages relationships with our builder and mortgage partners to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet their customer’s needs. The ideal candidate will have experience identifying opportunities to increase visibility and growth within a business segment while also ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with affiliate partners and industry professionals to enhance engagement and drive the success of the insurance program.

Lead the preparation and delivery of in-person and virtual presentations to builder and mortgage field teams, centralized operations teams, and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Collaborate with Vice President-level leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance engagement and support of the insurance programs.

Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the builder footprint, spearheading initiatives to expand insurance capture and increase market share.

Provide expert guidance and training to new employees across the organization, ensuring a deep understanding of insurance products and services.

Partner with the insurance sales and marketing teams to enhance customer service, optimize coverage offerings, and create impactful customer-facing collateral and social media content.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, making strategic decisions to maintain competitiveness, and oversee CRM community setups to ensure efficient operations and data integrity.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

High School or Equivalent
-
Bachelor's degree preferred
-
Property and Casualty license preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
-
Two-years Account or Sales Management or insurance industry experience required

Proven experience in building and managing strategic relationships
-
Experience in leading strategic initiatives and collaborating various functions.

Track record of identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.

Experience with CRM systems

Proven ability to exhibit a high degree of personal confidence and integrity in professional interactions, consistently upholding ethical standards and earning the trust of colleagues, clients, and partners.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with various functions.

Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Effective analytical skills to monitor industry trends and competitor activities, with the ability to make informed, strategic decisions that maintain competitiveness.

Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and nurture relationships with affiliate partners, industry professionals, clients, and internal teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements within the insurance industry.

Awareness of current market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.

Understanding of sales and marketing principles, particularly in the context of insurance, including customer engagement and brand positioning.
Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 annually depending upon experience.
This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
